Returns

At Woven Valleys, we offer a hassle-free return process to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wovenvalleys.in with your order details.

Returns requested after the allowed period or without approval may not be accepted.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Size issues (subject to availability)
  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos for verification

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.


Exchanges (If Applicable)

Exchanges are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.

  • Replacement items will be shipped within 3–7 business days
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items


Shipping Return

  • Customers may be required to self-ship the product unless stated otherwise
  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to:
    • Damaged product
    • Incorrect item delivered

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
