• Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging are intact
• Valid proof of purchase is provided

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Used, washed, or damaged items
• Missing original tags or packaging
• Return request made after the allowed period
• Items marked as non-returnable or final sale

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of the approval or rejection
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

4. Refund Timeline

• Processing time: 5–10 business days
• Time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, full refund including shipping will be provided

6. Cancellation Refunds

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund
